At DigitalDots360, operated by Dev Clouds11 Tech Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for our services. Please read this carefully before engaging our services.
Due to the nature of digital services — which involve significant investment of time, expertise, and resources from the outset — all payments made to DigitalDots360 are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined below.
By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total project cost) is required before any design or development work begins. This deposit covers initial discovery, wireframing, design concepts, and project setup costs. This amount is not refundable under any circumstances once work commences.
If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has commenced but before completion:
Once a project is marked complete and delivered (or launched), no refunds will be issued. If you have concerns about the delivered work, please raise them during the revision period specified in your project agreement.
All projects include a standard number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Requests for revisions within the agreed scope are fulfilled at no extra cost. Revisions outside the agreed scope are chargeable at our standard hourly rate.
SEO is a long-term strategy and results are not immediate or guaranteed, as they depend on Google's algorithms, market competition, and other external factors.
Mobile app projects follow the same policy as web design projects (see Section 2). Given the complexity of app development, milestone-based payment schedules are typically used — each milestone payment is non-refundable once that milestone's work has commenced.
Payments for domain registration, web hosting, stock photography licences, premium plugins, or any other third-party services procured on your behalf are non-refundable, as these are subject to the refund policies of the respective providers.
In exceptional circumstances — such as a significant failure to deliver the agreed service scope on our part — we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or service credit. Any such arrangement must be agreed in writing between DigitalDots360 and the client.

Please include your project name, invoice number, and a clear description of your concern. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
